I was fully invested in doing the damsel in distress bit, but while damsel’ing…God showed me that these triggers are supposed to be my target practice for the generational curses being passed down. These curses have energies attached to them that seem to feed on toxicity around the new/full moon cycles. Now, grounding my energy…before serving it up…is a non negotiable when I get triggered by the behavior this hunger invokes in my ‘family’.
